On March 15, 2005, Hardcore Militants Unted was founded as a Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory clan.  HMU soon expanded to accommodate role-playing games, real-time strategy games, turn-based strategy games, and other first-person shooters.  In 2009, HMU made the transition to focus on Guild Wars and the upcoming Guild Wars 2.

Maintaining connections amongst guild members is important to us.  The HMU Ventrilo voice server is available to those who are interested in getting more personally acquainted with other members.  It also provides us with the ability to work together more closely in games through verbal communication.  User authentication is required for the HMU Ventrilo server.
